I've been thinking about this for a while now.

There are so many good podcasts in our space. HCD, service design, UX, design research, leadership - the list keeps growing. But there's never been a proper community vote to surface the ones that actually matter to practitioners.

So I built one.

The Top 100 HCD Podcasts - Community Vote is live now.

Here's how it works. I've put together a shortlist of 100 podcasts across nine categories - everything from HCD and service design to civic design, design research, and a few adjacent picks like 99% Invisible and Hidden Brain.

You pick your top 10. No ranking. Just tap the ones that have genuinely shaped how you think or work. It takes about two minutes.

When the voting closes, I'll publish two results - the full public vote and a practitioners-only cut. Total transparency. Full methodology. No backroom nonsense.

One thing I want to be upfront about. This is HCD is on the shortlist. I'm running the vote, and I'm on it.

You can see why I want this to be as open and honest as possible. The integrity of this only works if it's community-driven.
